Shimokitazawahoya (下北沢ホヤ Shimokitazawahoya) first appeared in his human form selling tickets for idol shows, with the customers unaware that it will take them magically into Shimokitazawa.
History[]
He has power over theatrics, turning mundane props into more lethal weapons which he used to defeat the Akibarangers when they first fought. They were able to beat him at his own game on their rematch, forcing him to go through a series of humiliations as the Akibarangers "direct" the events.
He tried to escape to his district by using his ticket on himself but he was destroyed by Akiba Red in mid-flight using the Jet Winger.
