Black Baseball!! The Attacking Miracle Ball (黒いベースボール!! 襲撃する魔球 Kuroi Bēsubōru!! Shūgeki Suru Makyū) is the sixteenth episode of J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai.
Synopsis[]
A rebuilt CRIME robot goes after Ryu's Little League team in order to destroy the J.A.K.Q..
Plot[]
The scene begin when JAKQ take down CRIME alongside Devil Ball, executing JAKQ Covack together, then proceed to blow up that weapons factory. After JAKQ found the location of CRIME's secret factory and launched a surprise attack and they were able to defeat Machine Monster Devil Ball and blow up the factory successfully, Crime Boss tells the Crimers to collect the fragments of Devil Ball immediately. At CRIME HQ, Iron Claw is so angry to the Boss for failing to make these weapons for CRIME, with his organization has lost profit of 100 billion yen. He proceed to execute, but the Boss babbles that 100 billion is nothing, but he has a plan to make them for least 200 billion, if not trillions and the way to defeat JAKQ. The Boss expects without JAKQ to interfere, CRIME's earning potential is infinite, and one or two trillion will be easy as he recruits the new Devil Ball 2 for his Operation Magic Ball.
At the baseball league, the Tokorozawa Tigers, the little league team that Jack coached, were facing the first place Golden Birds in a practice game. King and Queen watch and supports Jiro from a tribune, as Jiro can't lose to Golden Birds due to 2 outs. During the baseball match, the Boss spotted outside the arena, when Jiro has to block three strikes as well. Jiro's baseball capability to strikethe ball can make their victory, but was halted by the defeat by Golden Birds, as the Tigers suffered a humiliating defeat of 25 to 1. Without hardwork the Tigers were suggested by Jack to play their practice hardly. He tells their team will not give up against their opponents, as they want to beat the first place team either, and that's why their pitcher didn't throw any strikes, and having a lot of strikeouts themselves if they don't play with their might. Jack then approaches Jiro, telling that Jiro will be alright when he lost a practice match and don't be discouraged. Jack gives a courage, so they can have one more game for a league match if they really practice, can beat the Golden Birds next time. Jack then lets the Tigers to practice, handling his ball to another players.
As Jiro hears Jack's advice to win that game, he was approached by the Boss who claims that curveball is too loose, and loosest curve is the easiest pitch to hit. He offers Jiro to play with that Magic Ball as he approves his offer. He then practice with the Boss, as Devil Ball spots from afar. Jiro's Magic Ball can utilize the electronic waves even a single curveball match, as explained by the Boss that he was a scientist who took 10 years to create this magic ball. He clarifies that for a little league batter, it would be much impossible to be hit by opponents. The Boss offers one more time, to use this magic ball to defeat Golden Birds soon. And in exchange, he will be the little league champion pitcher too. Jiro goes to practice once again, claiming the magic ball is the easy way. He admits Jiro just threw a great curve, and trying again. Just in the time for Jack's practice for the ball strikes, Devil Ball controls the ball to aim for Jack's head from outside with his controller, hitting Jack's head and he suffers from falling.
Back to the hospital, Ace, King and Queen cheers Jack when he was hospitalized due to damage by that ball, and there is no brain damage according to the X-ray images. King clarifies that Jack was hit by an elementary schooler's pitch ball, with Jack claims that was such a ball of iron. Jack is going to practice again, but Ace told him that he was need to rest instead. Jack understands Ace's reason as King is too much of expression about winning the game when he plays the baseball in high school. With Jack's courage, Ace proceeds to practice the Tigers, as well as King and Queen ordering their practice to the Tigers. The Boss thinks that he got Jack right on the head. King is about to strike, but he is often falling many times. The Boss orders Devil Ball to execute Operation Magic Ball Part 2. Jiro is ready to throw the ball, aiming at King and Queen to do a curveball. Jack supports, but the ball is begin to hit either Ace, King and Queen. Ace claims that ball is came to life. With Operation Magic Ball success, the Boss admires Devil Ball to distribute the magic balls to the whole league. Jiro is sorry because that was a strange ball, and not an ordinary ball. Ace admits that the Boss whom distribute the ball to him, with the ball being examined for further inside components as they continue their practice.
Continues from the baseball practice conducted by Jack and King, the CRIME began to distribute the magic balls. At JAKQ HQ, Ace examines that ball has a mechanism inside. Joker claims that was a receiver installed inside the magic ball who are controlled by the electronic waves. Ace admits that Jack was coaching a little league team and gave Jirou with this ball. Joker knows that the ball does hit Jack in the head. During their practice by Jack and King, the Boss once again admits Devil Ball to use Full Control to make them go on a rampage. The balls began to rampage, confusing the ISSIS members and JAKQ to difficult to beat those balls. Ace momentarily smashes that ball, thanks to Joker and Hamster-kun's courage. King is able to bind the magic ball to defeat CRIME with his kendama, as Jack and Queen orders them to evacuate, rebelling against Devil Ball's orders. Ace is ready with Sky Ace, as he can't control Sky Container due to Devil Ball's surprise attack. If JAKQ can't get into strengthening capsules hidden inside Sky Ace, they can't change into the invincible JAKQ. Iron Claw is so amazed that JAKQ will be defeated as Devil Ball 2 is their pride.
As Ace is troubled with his Sky Ace, he can't control Sky Ace because the gears won't work due to heavy damage. He efforts to open the hatch with his courage. Because of Ace's heroic efforts, the hatch finally opened and the launch button worked again. They later transforms into JAKQ, fighting Devil Ball 2 and his comrades, then executing JAKQ Covack Home Run together. As the Boss find that ball again, he was hit by the ball on his head, leading him to his defeat. The Tokorozawa Tigers then faced the Golden Birds again. Finally, with his efforts and practice, they finally win the match against Golden Birds. Jack taught those boys about working together to win. Jirou realized his true potential could show through practice.
