CC (シーシー Shīshī) is an intelligent dog cared by the Arashiyamas, trained by Misa to speak fluent Japanese.
History[]
When Teakettle Monger was killing pets across Tokyo, CC enlisted VulPanther to stop what's been killing his fellow canines.

Portrayal[]
CC was voiced by Kotoe Taichi (太地 琴恵 Taichi Koto), who previously voiced Hamster-kun in J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai, and portrayed by an unidentified dog.
Notes[]
The previous sentai, Denshi Sentai Denziman, also featured a talking dog. Despite Sun Vulcan being a direct sequel to Denziman, comparatively much less development is given to CC than IC and there is seemingly no direct relation between the two.
