Bara Fraud (バラペテン Bara Peten) is a vagabond/salesman-themed Machine Beast of the Machine Empire Baranoia.
History[]
Bara Fraud's main scheme involved disguising himself as a fraudulent old man who sells people strange "crystal balls"; anyone who possesses the balls partake hypnotic suggestions that he gives to them to become entranced by whatever suggestion he gives: when he gives it to housewives who wish to relive their youth, he literally turns them into "schoolgirls" once again! After capturing the entire Niita family under his spell except for the son, he and the Ohrangers root him out forcing him to flee, but his abilities as a Machine Beast still show him as difficult.
In order to fully reveal Bara Fraud, the six Ohrangers (including Riki) partake in disguises to blend into the community in order to catch Bara Fraud in the act. After transforming his victims once again with another suggestion, Gorou, Yuji Mita and Momo corner him and the Ohranger strike him down with both King Victory Flash and the Ole Bazooka. After he grows giant thanks to Acha and Kocha, he is quickly defeated by Tackle Boy's Dynamite Tackle thrown by OhBlocker.

- Enhanced Strength: Bara fraud possessed enhanced strength, he was strong enough to knock down part of a wall by flinging his human forms sandal at it. Extraordinary Leaper: Bara Fraud could jump great distances.
- Hand-To-Hand Combat Skills: Bara Fraud was a skilled fighter in both his human and true forms.
- Energy Blast: Bara Fraud could fire multicolored energy balls from his forehead.
