In 1980, King Record released a cover of "Aah, Denshi Sentai Denziman". It appeared on an anime theme song compilation that was released on LP and cassette.

On October 24, 2001, "Ultra Anime Eurobeat Series Gaiden Tokusatasu King -Forever Watanabe Shiroaki-" (ウルトラアニメユーロビートシリーズ 外伝 特撮王 ~フォーエバー 渡辺宙明~ Urutora Anime Yūrobīto Shirīzu Gaiden Tokusatsu-ō ~ Fōebā Watanabe Chūmei ~, PICA-1231) was released. It is a compilation of cover songs that were composed by Chuumei Watanabe. A cover of "Aah, Denshi Sentai Denziman" was included.

To commemorate the 35th anniversary of Super Sentai, Columbia Records and NIPPONOPHONE released the 7 volume soundtrack Super Sentai Theme Songs Collection for digital download on iTunes on July 20, 2011. Aah, Denshi Sentai Denziman was part of the Volume 1 collection.
