Sand Stream is an ability introduced in Generation III.
Effect[]
Sand Stream unleashes a Sandstorm on the battlefield when the Pokémon is deployed into battle. The sandstorm will last until another move or ability changes the weather. From Pokémon X and Pokémon Y onward, Sand Stream only lasts for five turns.
