Pokémon the Series: The Beginning[]

Dick and Philip are power plant workers in Gringey City. They were trying to repair the problem which caused the electricity to be shut down. After the Grimer retreated and Muk was captured, the workers explained that Pikachu's problem was that it stored too much electricity and was feeling weak, causing Magnemite to follow him.
