Purple bog frogs[1] are frogs native to the Toxic Bogs in Ninjago.

Can of Worms[]
As Kai looks around the Toxic Bogs, he encounters a purple bog frog. Surprised, he pulls out the Sword of Fire. Kai then tells the frog not to sneak up on people, and in response, it jumps on Spitta's head, who is hiding in the acid lake. Spitta then reveals himself, causing the frog to jump off.
