- Similar to the two Bricktober minifigure sets, the value of this set significantly increased over time. While it originally sold for $13 USD, on average it is now sold for $50-$60 USD according to Bricklink.
- Unlike previous Ninjago sets, this is the first time where a season's villains were solely released in an accessory pack.
- This is the only set to feature The Omega and the Oni.
- This is the only March of the Oni set. However, the ninja's suits, as well as a location and vehicle, can be obtained through Legacy sets.
