Trivia[]
- Ronin, Krazi and Frakjaw are exclusive to this set.
- Frakjaw has a pilot helmet, similar to how he had one in 2521 Lightning Dragon Battle. In that set, he flew a Skulkin helicopter, while in this set, he pilots a Skulkin mech.
- Krazi's minifigure has a black and red loincloth and hat, while his 2011 minifigure had a blue and red hat with a blue and black loincloth.
- Despite the Skulkin Departed Blade being a bone ax, it's a normal ax in this set.
- While most of the "Day of the Departed" villains return in this wave - with all but one sporting new appearances - Samukai does not return. This could be due to the rarity of the minifigure, which was only released in 2011.
- Morro also doesn't return in the sets, although he had recently appeared in sets the year prior.
- This is the first set to feature Skulkin since 2011.
- Nya wears her Destiny suit from Skybound in this set, despite not wearing it in "Day of the Departed." Ronin's mech doesn't have the net or golden bow in the TV show, either.
- The mech's left leg has sticker with a reference to the Red Team from Galaxy Squad.
