Trivia[]

• Hammer Head has a new, double-sided version of Karlof's face. His new head mold also sports an angry version of his face.
• The set has a similar name to 70500 Kai's Fire Mech—a much smaller mech that was released in 2012 and used by Kai in the second and fifth seasons.
• In The LEGO Ninjago Movie, Kai and Lloyd both have vehicles resembling one they previously had in the series. Kai has his Fire Mech, and Lloyd has his Dragon.
• 70613 Garma Mecha Man appears in the production video, which makes it the first production video to showcase an entirely different set as well as the set it is advertising.
