Erza Scarlet, also known as Titania, is one of the tritagonists of the Fairy Tail anime and manga series. She is a powerful member of the Fairy Tail guild and the de-facto leader of its sub-team Team Natsu.
She is also the biological daughter of Irene Belserion and was once a slave to Zeref cultists who was forced alongside many other people to create the Tower of Heaven. Since then, she has helped to save the people who were slaves and has joined the guild called Fairy Tail to go on missions and adventures with her friends.
She is voiced by Sayaka Ohara in the Japanese version and Colleen Clinkenbeard in the English version.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]
- In the past, she helped saved many children who were forced to be slaves under Zeref cultists. She helped liberate them from under their oppression. At the time, she also met friends who she helped saved and inspired such as Jellal Fernandes.
- She is shown to be very loyal to Fairy Tail and willing to risk her life on multiple occasions to protect her friends and allies form impending danger without wanting anything in return.
- She helped Fairy Tail fight against the Phantom Lord guild and to stop them in their plans to destroy Fairy Tail and to save Lucy.
- She was willing to sacrifice her life to protect Natsu and her friends and to stop Jellal and his evil plans. She was largely successful in protecting her friends. Natsu was also upset with her because he did not want her to be reckless with her life like that again.
- She even broke into tears over Simon’s death.
- Erza assisted Makarov, Natsu, and the guild in their battle against Laxus and was willing to stop him in order to protect the guild and the town from him.
- She assisted her friends and allies in their battle against the Oración Seis.
- She provided emotional support to Jellal and was willing to forgive him for the evil acts he committed.
- Erza fought against her Edolas counterpart, Erza Knightwalker, and was able to convince Knightwalker to be a better person. Knightwalker took Erza's words to heart and changed for the better.

- When Future Rogue Cheney unleashed multiple dragons after the tournament and intended to use them to destroy the world, she fought alongside her friends and comrades to stop the dragons and save the city and the world.
- She assisted her friends in battle against the demons of the Book of Zeref, known as the Tartaros. She was instrumental in stopping a portion of Tartaros's forces from activating Face and having it strip every person on the continent of their magic to revive the powerful demon, E.N.D..
- During the time-skip, she worked along with her comrades to stop Zeref cultists from harming innocents.
- She, along with Natsu, Lucy, and her friends, help stop the Avatar cult from attacking a town populated with thousands of people and saved them.
- She was shown to be a fair-minded leader who stepped in as the leader of Fairy Tail during Makarov's absence. For instance, guiding her teammates to focus on the mission that is ahead of them.
- Erza risked her life along with her comrades to go to the Alvarez Empire to save Makarov from the powerful Spriggan 12.
- During her battle against Zeref's forces, she fights against her biological mother, Irene Belserion. She let her biological mother know that she is willing to protect her friends no matter the cost and that she sees them as her family.
- As she fought against Irene, Erza manages to save multiple lives when she single-handedly stopped a meteorite that Irene summoned from crashing to Earth.
- During her fight against Irene, Erza was hesitant on harming Wendy's body when she realized that Irene took possession of her body and did not want to cause Wendy any potential harm.
- She faced off against Acnologia along with her allies and attempted to stop him and his rampage.

- She is shown to have multiple moments of being a jerk to some of her friends. Some instances includes antagonizing Natsu when she might feel annoyed by him or attacking him when he provokes her.
