Elizabeth Swann is the tritagonist of the Pirates of Caribbean franchise, acting as the tritagonist of Curse of the Black Pearl and At World's End, the deuteragonist of Dead Man's Chest and a minor character in Dead Men Tell No Tales.
She is a noble lady, daughter of Governor Swann, living in Port Royal. Opposite to what anyone would expect from expect from her, she lived many pirate-like adventures across her life, kickstarted when the Black Pearl crew attacked Port Royal. She is the wife of Will Turner and one of the close friends of Captain Jack Sparrow.
She is portrayed by Keira Knightley.[]

- She was horrified when Norrington sacrificed himself to save her and tried to get him to go with her.
- Once she was Pirate Queen, she had the pirates all team up against Lord Cuter Beckett.
- When the pirates were basically giving up, she gave them all hope to keep fighting.
- She helped fight against Davy Jones and his men during the final battle.
- Helped save the pirates going against Cutler Beckett's Endeavour ship.
- She was loyal to Will and married him even though she'd barely see him with his curse as Flying Dutchman's captain.
What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]
- While it was for the greater good, she felt a level of remorse after this, and Jack has similarly double-crossed them, as well as her saving him afterwards, leaving Jack to die to the Kraken was still a questionable and lethal maneuver.
- She is a jerk to others sometimes, being rude to James Norringhton even before he was her fiancé, but most of these moments are understandable considering the circumstances and people.
Trivia[]
- She and Will Turner are the only Pirates of the Caribbean heroes to be Near Pure Good, which makes sense, as, despite being technically pirates, they were one of the few characters not to be it at the start of the series and have a better moral code, which makes them one of the few heroes not to be anti-heroes.
