I don't understand the feelings of the weak. The law of the world is survival of the fittest. It's how the weak are weeded out. It just means those people that died were too weak. It's only natural for the weak to perish.
~ Esdeath's most famous quote.
Evolution, Morpheus. Evolution. Like the dinosaur. Look out that window. You've had your time. The future is our world, Morpheus... the future is-- our time.
~ Agent Smith.
You let one ant stand up to us, then they all might stand up. Those puny little ants outnumber us a hundred to one, and if they ever figure that out, THERE GOES OUR WAY OF LIFE! It's not about food. It's about keeping those ants in line. THAT'S why we're going BACK! Does anybody else want to stay?
~ Hopper’s famous speech.

Near Pure Evil villains who believe in the philosophy "survival of the fittest" and use it as justification for their actions, which usually involve the oppression of the "weak" in some form.

In addition, Near Pure Evil, which covers the weak but actually suppresses the weak, is also compatible with Social Darwinist.

Good examples are Esdeath, Nine, Agent Smith, All For One, Hopper, Superman and Boscha.
