Dragons are one of the creatures that assist the Yoshis during their journey in Yoshi's Story. They are serpentine-like dragons that a Yoshi can ride on to travel across areas that the Yoshi cannot do by themselves. A Dragon only appears in two stages, Cloud Cruising and Magma Castle. The former level features a Dragon with a light green body, and it moves the Yoshi across the air, while the latter level features a Dragon with a red body that carries a Yoshi across the lava.
