One of the most beautiful and serene locations on the grounds of the Jade Palace is the Master Garden. Here in this lush, peaceful setting, some of the greatest figures in kung fu history are honored with statues.
—Excerpt from The Art of Kung Fu Panda 3[1]

The Master Garden (also called Master's Garden) is an area located within the grounds of the Jade Palace constructed to honor deceased kung fu masters.[1] It was first featured in Kung Fu Panda 3, where Po and Shifu discussed Po's new role as teacher, the true meaning of being the Dragon Warrior, and the concept of chi.

The Master Garden is featured as a playable level, obtained through the game's bonus DLC.

Trivia[]

  • The statues' distribution was not symmetrical. Looking from Master Oogway's statue, there were five statues on the left (from near to far: Porcupine, Lizard, Hippo, Goat, Komodo) while only four were on the right (from near to far: Gorilla, Elephant, Frog and Thundering Rhino).
  • Masters who were honored in the Master Garden all had their chi taken by Kai.
