This article is about a character in Kamen Rider Zi-O. |
An unnamed woman was Sougo Tokiwa's first love, whom he affectionally refers to as "Miss Sailor" (セーラーさん, Sērā-san).
Biography[]
Sougo encountered her as a child when he hurt his knee at a park. The girl appeared and patched him up before playing with him. As they departed, she called him cute, leading to Sougo's infatuation with her.
Several years later, Sougo would mistaken Yuko Kitajima to be "Miss Sailor". After Another Kiva's defeat, Sougo encountered a woman whose bike broke down and helped her fix it. Afterwards, she called Sougo cute once again and rode off, leading Sougo to realize the woman's true identity.
Personality[]
Miss Sailor seems to be a kindhearted person who would help an injured boy heal and play with him. She showed gratuity towards Sougo for fixing her bike. On both occasions, she lifted Sougo's chin and affectionally called him a cutie.
Behind the Scenes[]
Portrayal[]
- Miss Sailor was portrayed by Yu Takahashi, who had previously portrayed Yuri Aso in Kamen Rider Kiva. Her younger self was portrayed in flashbacks by Tomoka Takahashi (高橋 朋伽, Takahashi Tomoka).
Etymology[]
- Sougo came up with the nickname "Miss Sailor" as a reference to her wearing a sailor fuku during their first meeting.
Notes[]
- Miss Sailor's appearance was a surprise since early promotional material had implied that both Kenji Matsuda and Takahashi would return to fully reprise their original roles as Jiro and Yuri respectively for the Kiva tribute-arc. However, only Matsuda had been properly credited for his role, while Takahashi was credited as "???" and never appeared as Yuri at all.
