Bessie the Cornish Cow (known as Bèisī (貝絲) in the Chinese version) is a recurring antagonist in the United Kingdom Disney+ 101 Dalmatian Street a spinoff of the franchise with the similar naming format. Her antagonistic role takes place in an episode titled "A Summer To Remember" a two part series in Parts 1-2.
She appears to be an ordinary easy-going friendly Cornish Cow at a barn who doesn't mean any harm. In spite of this, she later shows a hatred against Dylan and his family, trying to kill them plenty of the times by putting them in grave danger through many means, due to Dylan making fun of Bessie earlier on through her respective debuted episode.
Bessie starts off as a minor antagonist on the first part, and eventually plays a role on a major plot-twist antagonist at the end of the second part episode.
She was voiced by Miriam Margolyes.

What Makes Her Heinous?[]
- The reason she hates them is because Dylan called cows dumb and the other siblings threw stuff at her face by accident, which is too petty and laughable to justify her actions.
- She tries sending most of the Dalmatian siblings down the wrong way to the beach while sending the two youngest siblings to search for buried treasure, both of which are meant to kill them.
- She sends the bus where all of the Dalmatians are sleeping off the side of the mountain, which would definitely have killed them if it weren't for Dylan and Dolly.
- She breaks a hole in the boat Dolly and her boyfriend Spike are on to try to get them drowned.
- She breaks a hole in the rope that is rescuing the siblings in a final attempt to kill them.
What Makes Her Inconsistent?[]
- She is too comedic for PE or NPE, with comedic moments such as pretending just to be a dumb cow by saying "Moo" three times before saying "Just joking my love", getting hit by two balls by the Dalmatian siblings, causing her to hate them, saying "Did silly me send you the wrong way? Never did know my lefts from my rights" to hide the fact that she tried to kill them, scaring Dantes just by saying "Moo", growling when seeing Dylan to which Dylan says "Hey Bessie" to which Bessie pretneds to be happy and says "Hi Dylan, how are you?", growling at Dante when Bessie leaves and growling at Dylan after he says bye to Bessie while the siblings are going home.
