His Admirable Ranking[]
What Makes Him Admirable?[]
- Genuinely tried to reform and live a honest life after getting out of prison.
- Saved Bart and Millhouse from being blown up by a rocket.
- Saved all of Springfield from being flooded by his brother Cecil and saved Bart's life in the same episode, showing he has some fondness for Bart.
- One time, when he actually had the chance to kill Bart, yet he decided not to, because he had "grown too accustomed to his face".
- Saved Homer Simpson's life when he was forced to find out who was trying to kill him.
- Helped the Simpson family realize Patty and Selma Bouvier were responsible for kidnapping Homer.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is On & Off and mostly acts as a villainous serial killer who wants to kill Bart without malicious intent, and is also an morally corrupt anti-hero since he takes his unhealthy revenge and spite towards Bart to a extreme and over-the-top level.
- He is very arrogant, egotistical and consistently thinks he's better than everyone else (even when he's shown to not be as great as he thinks he is).
- He is often shown to be incompetent more often than not since his amounts of clumsiness and constant failures in carrying out his schemes often leads to them being unsuccessful.
