“ | Okay, listen up, maggots! You are here because your parents are worried about you. Now, the way I see it, the root of all children's problems is unacceptable levels of imagination, fun, creativity and unbridled enthusiasm! Don't you eyeball me! Our goal at this school is to crush the dangerous elements inside you and replace them with structure, order, discipline and conformity. | „ |

He is the headmaster of the Smile Away Reformatory School bent on destroying children's imaginations for his own ambitions.

What Makes Him a Hate Sink?[]
- He is known to loathe imagination and creativity, and through his reformatory school, he attempts to remove these things from the children that are sent to him.
- He abducts many children and basically reduces all their happiness to nothing by making them do all sorts of horrible things to break them, like working them through child labor to absolute exhaustion, and punishing them for simply being happy in ways like trapping them inside cramped boxes and forcing them to watch a video lecturing them on obedience with their eyelids pulled away, just as examples.
- He punishes Phineas and Ferb by making them clean the bathroom using toothbrushes and a spray bottle, and forbids them from making funky rhythms when they used their cleaning equipment to play music to kill off their boredom.
- While mostly seen as stern and ill-tempered, the worst of it all though comes when he shoots so much water into the brothers' faces that they can barely breathe, chuckling sadistically upon successfully destroying their individuality.
- All of this in the end, results in all the children being extremely depressed, and it is shown once Phineas and Ferb escape that the effects don't go away easily.
- If someone were to escape, he goes out of his way to get them back so they continue being miserable.
- He showed no care for his guards and dogs after they got injured running into a cactus while pursuing Candace and Jeremy (disguised as news reporter Morty Williams and a cameraman as part of a plan to break the boys out).
- His death—caused by Perry the Platypus driving Doofenshmirtz's spider robot back into the ground, making the robot's leg inadvertently kick him off the cliff—was played for satisfaction and comic relief.
- He has no redeeming qualities unlike most Phineas and Ferb villains and is taken more seriously than all the other villains from the show too.
