Wacko offers people in Las Vegas the opportunity to tour the famous Area Fifty-One for only $20, then takes them to see Area 50-1, the Wally family property next door, since no one can actually get into Area 51. He offered this to Kevin and Gretel while they were on vacation with their parents, with the former falling for Wacko's lure of finally meeting the aliens to give him superpowers. Kevin was vastly disappointed when they arrived at the Wally family gift shop instead.

After taking them back to Las Vegas, Wacko saw a U.F.O. appear above the city. causing him to complain about making him look bad.
