Dr. Eelgood is an older man with gray hair. He wears a scuba mask, a teal shirt, khaki shorts, and brown boots.

Dr. Eelgood has no superpowers of his own. Although it is not stated in the series, it can be assumed that Dr. Eelgood would need some knowledge of genetic engineering, molecular biology, and/or marine biology in order to grow the eel.

History[]

Dr. Eelgood was fired from the aquarium for embezzling sea lion research funds. Although it was not explicitly stated, it could be assumed that he was using them for eel research.
