The Neighslayer (real name: Ned Slater) is a villain in Hamster & Gretel. He is described as a frat guy horseman.

- Horse Physiology - Being part horse, the Neighslayer shares several traits with his equine kin.
- Enhanced Speed - The Neighslayer can run as fast as his brethren.
- Enhanced Strength - The Neighslayer was able to kick Gretel with enough force to slam her into a wall.
- Hoof Protrusion - The Neighslayer can use his hooves to attack.
- Zoolingualism (limited) - The Neighslayer is able to talk to and understand horses.

- Horseshoe bola - The Neighslayer used a glowing bola made out of a pair of horseshoes to capture Hamster.
Potential Weaknesses[]
- Peppermints - Gretel used peppermints to stop the Neighslayer's horses from attacking her. The Neighslayer himself seemed to be enticed by them as well, though he was able to control himself.
