Russel Says is a SWF based mini-game that was available on Gorillaz.com during Phase 2. It was released in 2004 and could be found at Kong Studios, on the bed in Russel's room.
Gameplay[]
This game is inspired by the original electronic game "Simon," launched in 1978. It is a short-term memory skill game where the device creates a series of tones and lights, and the player has to repeat the sequence. Each button on the device is a different colour (including green, red, blue and yellow) and each one emits an original line from Russel.
If the player succeeds in playing the sequences correctly, the series becomes progressively longer and more complex. The game lets the player choose between four levels, with the fourth being the most complex sequence to follow. Once the player fails by clicking the wrong button, the game will be over, and another sequence will start.
