The official music video for the Gorillaz song Rockit, initially exclusive to the Kong Studios website and later featured on the compilation album D-Sides.
It was released in 2004 and was produced and animated entirely by Jamie Hewlett's animation and design studio Zombie Flesh Eaters. It was made in promotion of the Reject False Icons campaign and used aspects from the canceled Gorillaz movie, Celebrity Harvest.
Synopsis[]
The four band members are walking around near Kong Studios, seemingly going nowhere. 2-D carries Noodle on his back during the trip, and there are floating heads of celebrities with false eyes and creepy growing tree branches. Murdoc's 'Pazuzu' statue joins in the singing of the chorus.
