Shining Emblem (Japanese: 光炎の紋章 Shining Fire Emblem) is a special skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. When the user is near allies, Shining Emblem boosts its user's stats and nearby allies' attack; when it triggers, it boosts its user's damage based on their speed; and after it triggers, it boosts the stats of its user and all their allies..
