Viscount Lochin is a character from Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. She is a minor noble of the Adrestian Empire, and possesses a Minor Crest of Cethleann.

Lochin appears to reinforce Duke Gerth, along with the other lords of the western Adrestian Empire (Houses Ochs, Essar, Hymir and Gillingr) when the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus invades her territory in its false advance toward Enbarr.
She acts as Stronghold Captain for the Crossroads stronghold, which is only assailable after Hanneman and Manuela open the gates to the northeastern quadrant of the map to support Monica after Baron Ochs' defeat. Though she uses a Silver Tome in her initial appearance, she switches to a Defender's Tome during The Blitz of the Western Empire, making her a danger to Faerghus' mounted units.
