Kitone

Kitone is a playable character of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. She is a shinobi loyal to Leonis.

Appearance[]

Kitone is a young pale skinned girl of petite build with brown eyes and long black hair which she usually ties up with a red ribbon. Kitone dresses up in typical ninja gear, with a dark armored oriental-styled armored plate with purple clothing that is more baggy on her leg section and tied up with a red ribbon on her waist. She wears armored boots and gloves, and mail clothing on her tights and biceps. Her vestiment does expose a fair amount of her skin, specially the side of her thighs and her back. She uses a set of kunai in combat and has a compartment on her waist to store them.

Personality[]

Kitone is a serious, somewhat quiet individual, yet one who can display intense feelings and act upon them at times. Kitone is incredibly loyal to Leonis as she was taken in by them from a young age and grew fond of their warmth, swearing to serve them for life. Her loyalty and care for her newfound family is deep enough that she is willing to go to great lengths in order to ensure their safety or accomplish difficult missions even if she has to do it alone. Her greatest commitment to Leonis was demonstrated when she willingly faced a mutated Muraga, when the rest of the Leonis lieutenants were either incapacitated or downright deserted the battle out of fear.

Kitone struggles with her inner feelings for Mont, being largely unable to express them, believing it is inadequate for her to do so due to being a servant, despite the fact Mont treats her with utmost kindness. Trying to convince herself that just standing by his side and ensuring his happiness is enough for her, she has held back on some instances in which she can express her feelings, such as giving her self-made valentine chocolate to Owe instead.

Kitone[]

A shinobi girl who serves Leonis. Originally from Saiga, she was sold into the kingdom's service at a young age but was moved by the warmth of Lilyth and the others, swearing to serve Leonis for life. She is especially thankful to Mont, for whom she is starting to develop feelings of more than just gratitude.

Character description

Kitone is a UR-rarity unit of the Earth element whose main job is Ninja, while her sub jobs are Soldier and Time Mage. She can equip the following items: Ninja Blade, Hat, Clothing, Accessory. Her unit cost is 80.

Her Master Ability increases her own Evasion by 15. Her limit burst is Saiga Shadowbind, which deals 2-Hit Dmg (L) to target & chance of inflicting Stop.

Kitone's gauntlet. Made in the village of Saiga, this armor is so light that it's easy to forget one is even wearing it. Though hard as iron, it is actually made from plant fibers that were processed through secret methods. Such is but one reminder that the strength of the shinobi is not to be found only in their martial arts.

Her Trust Master Reward is the Saiga Gauntlet accessory, which bestows HP +142, EVA +12, AGI +5, CRT EVA +12 and the Fleet of Foot ability, which raises own Move/Jump by 1 for 3 turns & decreases chance of being targeted.

Oops...you saw me. Is it bad if a shinobi can't swim? I nearly drowned when I was little, so I never liked the water. Uh...you are wondering why I am practicing? There's no way I could tell you I'm only doing this because there's someone I might want to go swimming with this summer...

Character description

Kitone (Summer) is a UR-rarity unit of the Fire element whose main job is Kotodama Wielder, while her sub jobs are Rune Knight and Ninja. She can equip the following items: Mace, Hat, Clothing, Accessory. Her unit cost is 80.

Her Master Ability increases her own Unit Attack Resistance by 10 and SPR by 5. Her limit burst is Kitone's Swim Ring Attack, which deals Dmg (L) to targets within range based on caster's MAG stat & chance of inflicting Sleep for 3 turns.

A cute hair accessory made from Kitone's usual ribbon, to which flowers were affixed at Learte's behest. Her original recommendation was apparently to use a different ribbon altogether, but as a result of Kitone's fervent wish, the ribbon itself remains unchanged. Her reason for this is that Mont complimented her on this ribbon the first time she wore it, and so she has not the slightest desire to remove it.

Summer Hair Ribbon description

Her Trust Master Reward is the Summer Hair Ribbon accessory, which bestows HP +314, SPR +10, ACC +12 and the Steady Summer Flower ability, which raises Missile Res of allies within range for 3 turns & nullifies Silence/Charm/Immobilize.

A shinobi's orders can be quite varied—relaying messages, gathering intelligence, manipulating the public, or even conducting assassinations—and not all of them wrap up cleanly. Kitone has served the royal family of Leonis since she was young, but the truth of the matter is that she was bought into that service. Willing or otherwise, the only road before her is following the king's orders. As Fennes continues its ominous movements, Kitone receives more secret orders to protect the leading figures of Leonis. Her small, cat-like frame proves to be a great asset for her as a shinobi. Relying on her agile movements and surprising strength, she has yet to leave a single mission unaccomplished.

Vision card description

Secret Orders is an MR-rarity vision card with a cost of 50. At Lv. 70, its stats are HP +230, ATK +105 and MAG +91. Its Party Abilities are Slash Attack Up 20 and Earth Unit Critical Dmg Up 18. Its Bestowed Effects are AGI Up 10% and SPR Down 5. It was illustrated by G-ROW Art.

"What to do, what to do... I wonder if I'll be able to give it to him this year...or if I even should?"
Kitone turns this over in her mind again and again. The subject: a homemade sweet treat she hopes to give as a token of gratitude for being under his care. Since she has no ulterior motives, she should be able to boldly hand it over. Though even if she believes so, she wonders if maybe she overdecorated it, or if she might be thought to have other intentions, and so she always fails to give it to him.
"I wonder if I'll end up giving it to Owe again this year, too..."
Worried such thoughts might slip out on accident, she suppresses them in her head. She's certainly under Owe's care as well—that's indisputable. Still... Although such contrary feelings tumble around in her heart, she herself understood that she would fail to take action.

Secrets of the Heart is a UR-rarity vision card with a cost of 70. At Lv. 99, its stats are HP +292, ATK +168 and MAG +32. Its Party Abilities are Luck Up 35% and Earth Unit Earth Attack Res Up 20. Its Bestowed Effect is Earth Attack Up 10. It was illustrated by SQUARE ENIX.
