Frederika

Frederika is a playable character of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Known as the Lovestruck Forest Gunner, she serves as a member of Hourne's Solidus division. She has feelings for Engelbert, who is her superior in Solidus.

Appearance[]

Frederika is a fair-skinned beautiful young woman with long blonde hair that she ties in a ponytail with her signature Victory Ribbon. She wears a red choker, a green coat with an open midsection laced with white strings. The coat has puffed short sleeves with a bulbous red pattern and white frills. She wears black gloves.

The coat extends into a short green frilled skirt. A gray belt and a long green scarf with red ends are tied around her waist, with the scarf almost reaching her feet. The left side of her waist carries a holster where she stores her guns, although she only uses one in combat. The right has a flowing gray covering with what appear to be bags tied with green strings, possibly where she stores her ammunition.

Frederika wears a pair of armored leggings attached to her skirt via belts, partially exposing her thighs. She dons a pair of heeled black sandals.

Personality[]

Frederika is upbeat, energetic, and caring person, but her most defining trait is her romantic interest in Engelbert whom she loves dearly, frequently making advances on him and calling him "darling", being playful and flirty. Her advanced are rejected by the stoic Solidus commander. Her attempts at winning his heart are known by everyone, even Engelbert himself, who can discern Frederika feigning fatal wounds to obtain a "final kiss" from him, which he took as a sign she was well, much to her frustration.

Frederika contrasts the target of her affections by being generally more level-headed than her reckless commander and often being one of the first to try calm him down or point out his faults. Unlike Engelbert, she is collaborative and supportive with the Leonis crew.

Story[]

Engelbert, Frederika, and Lorenzo arrive with their retinue to confront Muraga following Vallaide's death.

Gameplay[]

Frederika[]

One of the "People of the Forest" who inhabit the vast woodlands. After using her gun prowess to help the Hourne army fend off a surprise monster attack, she was scouted by Robb and left the forest to join «Solidus». She has a crush on the commander of «Solidus», Engelbert.

Character description

Frederika is a UR-rarity unit of the Lightning element whose main job is Gunner, while her sub jobs are Ninja and Ranger. She can equip the following items: Gun, Hat, Clothing, Accessory. Her unit cost is 80.

Her Master Ability increases her own Missile Attack by 15. Her limit burst is Butterfly Sting, which deals Dmg (L) to target & lowers CT.

As a Gunner, Frederika is suited for long-distance fighting to destroy opposition from afar with an array of powerful, and at times debilitating, attacks capable of Blind, Immobilize, or even Disable, or damage multiple units in the same line. Her buffs and support abilities increase the range of her attacks, her Missile Attack power, and even her critical hit rate, allowing her to dish out punishment from a significant gap between her and her targets.

Her Ranger subjob bestows her with an array of powerful time-cast abilities, as well as inflict Poison, guaranteed hit damage or even massive AoE damage from afar with Barrage, albeit at a tremendous AP cost. Her support and buffs provide her with evasion and the ability to potentially avoid all damage with Reflex. Her Ninja subjob comes with tricky tactics and focus on evasion and either increased speed or move/jump.

Frederika—although a powerful physical damage unit—lacks bulk and can be easily damaged or downright KO'd especially in PvP. Pairing her with a Tank that can draw attention from her, or equipping her with her Reflex abilities, are the recommended means to improve her survival. Due to the way guns work simulating straight line projectiles, she finds herself challenged in elevation differences where her bullets won't reach, unlike bows that can arc up. The same holds true of obstacles where she can find herself obscured from attacking her targets even by her own allies depending on the map placement. Her Ranger subjob mitigates this to an extent. Her Barrage ability on this sub is one of her better methods of inflicting damage, but highly unsustainable without AP-regeneration buffs.

Her EX Job Gunner [Powershot] increases her ATK, DEX and LUCK andchanges Concentrate into Concentrate Mastery with Missile Resist Penetration, Vital Shot into Vital Sharpshot with Physical Barrier destruction, with her final skill being Piercing Shot, which increases her DEF penetration before inflicting damage.

A ribbon favorited by Frederika and one of the traditional decorations of her native forest. She crafted it herself on the occasion of her relocation to Hourne Castle, with the love-struck notion of catching the eye of the commander of «Solidus».

Victory Ribbon description

Her Trust Master Reward is the Victory Ribbon accessory, which bestows HP +434, ACC +12, CRT +12 and the Tri-Protection ability, which nullifies Immobilize, Disable, and Stop for an ally for 3 turns.

The forest I call home will be in festive spirits for Halloween tomorrow. Now that the trees have all been decorated, all that's left is to start the celebration with a bang! All right, is everyone ready? Time to visit all of the houses. When they open the door, we'll say, "Hand over the sweets if you don't want to be minced meat!"

Character description

Frederika (Halloween) is a UR-rarity unit of the Earth element whose main job is Duelist, while her sub jobs are Dragoon and Ninja. She can equip the following items: Sword, Hat, Clothing, Accessory. Her unit cost is 90.

Her Master Ability increases Earth unit allies' Max HP by 10% and Earth Attack by 15, as well as her own ATK by 15% and Evasion by 5. Her limit burst is Carving Carnival, which raises own Slash Attack Res Piercing Rate, then deals Dmg (L) to target & chance of inflicting Blind for 3 turns.

A cute stuffed animal that was somehow slipped into Frederika's luggage. She affectionately named the bear "Snuggles." Late into the night after everyone has fallen asleep, it comes to life—as a wandering soul fell in love with Frederika at first sight and opted to reside within the stuffed animal. The soul belongs to a wealthy merchant once known as Bryen. Lacking friends because of his arrogance and having never known the companionship of a woman he fancied, his soul is that of a sorrowful man whose life ended in loneliness.

Snuggles description

Her Trust Master Reward is the Snuggles accessory, which bestows HP +264, SPR +10, CRT +14 and access to the Sneaky Snuggles ability, which bestows Unit Attack Res Down for 2 turns to Critical Hits for 3 turns.

Hourne's proud first division, «Solidus», is known even outside of its kingdom's borders for the military achievements of its members: rough and courageous paladin commander Engelbert, vice captain and dragoon Lorenzo, reckless first sword Schuzelt, and the deadly pistol-wielding hunter's daughter Frederika. They also have fierce fighters such as Xiza and Vistralle. As their name implies, they are recognized as a moving fortress that protects the king. Not only is each individual a force to be reckoned with, but the united attacking ability of the unit is also considered the best on the continent.

In a certain season, strange and wicked demons appear, parading through the streets at night, sowing mischief and mayhem as they please. And in response, the Exorcists rush to the scene to terrify the demons and drive them away.
Alas, the Exorcists' methods are extreme, and some of the demons did not take kindly to it this time. Three of the mont monstrous and notorious among them—including an oddly cute wolf, no less—turned back to the town to renew their troublemaking. Soon, the town was thrown into chaos as more and more demons were drawn to it like moths to a flame, ensuing a ferocious struggle of festivities and fighting.
