The Nintendo GameCube is Nintendo's sixth generation console. It was released on September 14, 2001, as the successor to the Nintendo 64. It was discontinued in February 22, 2007, but its games still had compatibility on the console's successor, the Nintendo Wii. It is regarded as Nintendo's most underrated console, undergoing the "fourth-console curse".
