Terrance is a traveling merchant that drifts about the wasteland but is more often encountered near the Hub or the Boneyard. He is encountered along with Lox and Julian, and each of the three are open to accompanying fellow travelers, including the Vault Dweller, to a different settlement.

Terrance can only be found in a random encounter. He has little to barter but offers for the Vault Dweller to join his caravan to Junktown. His inventory is limited, but it is worth noting that he sells the rare version of the bag.
