The double mutated party package is a consumable introduced with the Fallout 76 update Mutation Invasion, rewarding participation in mutated public events with double mutations and three or more Fallout 1st subscribers.
Double mutated public events are not yet implemented in the live game, and thus, are currently unobtainable.
Characteristics[]
It appears to be a canister with a mutation icon and hazardous material casing. When used, the player character will receive an amount of items, along with a guaranteed 3 star legendary.
Compared to the regular mutated package, the double mutate party pack has much better odds of rolling one of the four new unique weapons (25% compared to 5%), double the ammunition yield, 50% more components, about 60-66% more consumables, and guarantees a crafting plan drop.

- Guaranteed three star weapon (using Murmrgh's Mystery Pick loot list) and a 25% chance for a unique weapon (Longshot sniper rifle, The Peacemaker grenade launcher, Boomstick missile launcher, or Overkill Fat Man)
- 8 super stimpaks
- 7-21 stimpaks
- Random amount of screws, concrete, lead, aluminum, and unrefined gunpowder (rolled six times)
- Random amount of ammunition, rolled eight times and selected from both regular and ultracite subtypes.
- Guaranteed crafting plan or recipe the player character does not yet know. The plan can be either rare (2/3 odds) or ultra rare (1/3 odds).

- Raider, metal, and robot armors of all three grades,

- Recipe: Stimpak diffuser, Recipe: Cutting fluid, Recipe: Disease cure (Ash Heap),
- Plan: Radioactive barrel,
- Ultra rare plans include:
- Plan: Pitchfork flamer, Plan: Spiked walking cane, Plan: Barbed walking cane, Plan: Hatchet electro fusion, Plan: Protective lining raider underarmor, Plan: Shielded lining raider underarmor, Plan: Assault rifle
- Any healing salve plans the player has not yet learned.
- Rare plans include:
- 25% chance for a random mutation serum (all 19 mutations)
