Children with a real attitude are Children of the Cathedral thugs in 2161.

The Cathedral attracts not just peaceful, serene characters. Children with a real attitude^[1] are thugs working for the organization, barely containing the hate that rages within.^[2] As the name indicates, these are unresponsive and anti-social characters, having low esteem for the player character. One can be found just outside the Cathedral, two others are inside, standing near the benches.
