This poison gland is cut from the stinger of the bark scorpion, one of the large, mutated arthropods that live in and around the Mojave Wasteland.

This item can be used at campfires to craft of a number of poisons, including:
- Three units are used to craft three units of bleak venom.
- Three units are used to craft three units of Mother Darkness.
- Three units are used to craft three units of Silver Sting.
