Adrenaline is a perk in Fallout 4.

Adrenaline is a perk that is granted automatically to the Sole Survivor when playing on survival mode. It provides a bonus to damage output and is increased by killing enemies. Every five kills made increase the Adrenaline rank, adding five percent bonus damage, up to a maximum of 50% at rank 10.

Sleeping in a bed removes a certain amount of ranks, depending on the amount of time the Sole Survivor has slept. The first hour of sleep always costs two ranks, with the next four hours costing one rank each. Any additional hours slept will cost two ranks per hour.
