Korg was imprisoned in the planet Sakaar by the Grandmaster and was forced to participate in the Contest of Champions, until he met Thor and Loki, and alongside Valkyrie, he organized a revolution with his friend Miek and other Sakaraans, and escaped Sakaar.
In 2023, it was revealed that Korg had survived the blip and was living on New Asgard with Thor and Miek, playing Fortnite. He later joined the Battle of Earth against Thanos and his army.
An alternate version of Korg was seen in "What If... Thor Were an Only Child?", where he joined the foam party organized by the Grandmaster in Las Vegas. Before that, he accidentally tackled Fury while diving into the fountain, rendering him unconscious.
After the events of Avengers: Endgame, Korg joined Thor, Valkyrie, and Jane Foster to save New Asgard and stop Gorr the God Butcher from murdering other gods. Korg regained his body and returned to his home planet of Ria. There, he met a Kronan named Dwayne, whom he fell in love with.
