A Blood Donation Bank, also simply reffered as Blood Bank, is a large medical facility that stores and examines blood donated by willing volunteers. To keep the blood from degrading, the facilities use specialized climate control systems and the entire building's storage area is wholly insulated from the outside.
Although certain blood banks have dedicated buildings, most tend to be small portions of a normal hospital facility, particularly in areas with limited space.

Trivia[]
- In order to integrate blood-feeding liminal species safely into human society, establishments such as the Cafe Blood are built right next to local blood banks, allowing said liminals to legally purchase blood to feed off of instead of ambushing humans and other beings to feed from their blood against their will.[1]
- Although most blood donation banks are built specifically for human use, there are also some for animal blood donations, such as those of dogs.
