Birthday Cake Cookie in the first half of the Happy Cookie Festival update. It whisks Jellies at certain intervals. Depending on what type of Jellies the whisk collects, the appearance of the Cupcake Jelly changes.

- Jelly Cream Whisk's promotional image shows a Pink Bear Jelly styled like Birthday Cake Cookie's Afternoon Tea Costume, despite the fact that this does not exist anywhere in the actual game. The closest equivalent is instead the Candle Hat Pink Bear Jelly from the 3rd Anniversary Jelly Set.
- Even though Jelly Cream Whisk's Cupcake Jelly changes appearance depending on which amount of Jellies the whisk collects, the point value for each Cupcake Jelly are the same.
