3rd Anniversary is a Jelly Set released on October 23rd, 2019. It features the Anniversary Candle Jelly, Party Hat Yellow Bear Jelly, Candle Hat Pink Bear Jelly, and Cake Hat Giant Bear Jelly.
This set was released for the Happy Cookie Festival update celebrating Cookie Run: OvenBreak's third anniversary, and the Bear Jellies resemble Birthday Cake Cookie and Firecracker Cookie. Like the Basic Jellies of many purchasable Jelly Sets, the Anniversary Candle Jelly was available for only 
2, and came with 
200. The rest of the set could be purchased using money.
