Captain Ice Cookie in the first half of the Tower of Frozen Waves update. It summons a Snowball after collecting a certain amount of Frozen Bear Jellies.

Haunted Snuggly Bear are all Bear Jelly-centric Treasures that are similar to one another in how they operate, as they all require collecting a certain amount Bear Jellies of a certain kind, and upon collecting the required amount, they create a brand-new Jelly that grants points.
Giant Superbean also falls in this umbrella, as it requires a certain amount of Bear Jellies as well, though it does not create a new Jelly of its own. Rather, it selects a random Bear Jelly and have it be worth more Points.
