Good-Job Bear Stamp (Korean: 곰젤리 칭찬도장, gomjelli chingchandojang, "Bear Jelly Praise Stamp") is an Epic Treasure released alongside 
Candlelight Cookie in the first half of The Witch's Mystic Attic update. It stamps a Wax Seal at given intervals, destroying obstacles and dripping all the affected Jellies.
