“ There's no right answer! Vote for your favorite Cookie! „
2019's Cookie of the Year was an event in Cookie Run: OvenBreak where players would vote for their favorite Cookies. The event started during the Jolly Winterland update, coinciding with the release of 
Pudding Cookie. From Round 3 onwards, players can leave a message for the voted Cookies, given that the messages are not inappropriate.
It is the first iteration of the in-game Cookie of the Year, being very different from Best of 2018 Awards, which was hosted online on the Cookie Run Forums.
The winner of the event was 
Pitaya Dragon Cookie, with 
Sea Fairy Cookie and 
Roguefort Cookie being second and third place respectively.

Being the very first in-game voting event, the vote has a mechanic where the Cookies are sorted into random brackets, with players voting for their preferred Cookie out of the two featured for each bracket. The Cookies with the most votes will advance to the next round and everyone who voted for at least one Cookie will get guaranteed rewards for the specific round.
Unique to this year's Cookie of the Year, the Finals was a voting between three Cookies, as opposed to two normally. The Cookie voted the most would be first place, with the second most voted being second place, and so on.
