The Sprout Missions are a set of three events, each designed to help new users get accustomed into the game. All the missions are relatively simple, structured in a way that allows new users to know how to progress; they all also provide a large amount of Crystals for new users to spend, with a total of 25,000 from all 3 events available.
All three events are only available to new user accounts.
Crystal Warm-Up![]
The first event involves 6 simple missions, each rewarding 1,000 Crystals upon completion. This mission goes away 30 days after an account is created.

Crystal Warm Up Challenge![]
The second event involves a series of "stage" missions; each set of stage missions has the same goal, but has different difficulties depending on the level. After completing 10 missions, a reward of 2,000 Crystals are given, for a total of 10,000. This mission goes away 20 days after an account is created.

Cookie Trial Relay[]
The third event involves a running mission for the Cookie Trials. By running in each trial in sequential order and reaching Gold 3 or higher, a reward of 500 Crystals is given, but every third Cookie Trial gives 1,000. A total of 9,000 Crystals can be obtained here. The available trials for this mission, in order of required completion, are:

Note that originally, this event had an unlimited time limit, but during the Together at WIsh Camp update it was silently changed to be a 3-month time limit. Additionally, up until the Trip To Paradise update, all of these trials had rank rewards that gave a large number of copies of each Cookie. Only 
Moonlight Cookie still has this unique reward, due to her trial being used in the game's tutorial.
