Ares is a supporting character in the 2013 video game, Injustice: Gods Among Us. Ares is a major enemy of Wonder Woman and Superman that leads an assault on the Metropolis. Ares is shown to be very prideful and cocky of himself as he proclaims himself as the God of War.

History[]

Injustice: Gods Among Us[]

Ares, Sinestro, Black Adam and Doomsday would be fighting Superman and the rest of the Justice League. Ares would be overpowered by Superman. Aquaman and Wonder Woman would tie him up which would lead to his arrest.

Powers and abilities[]

Dark Energy: Ares would shoot a fireball at his foe which takes the appearance of red and black
God Smack: Ares would leap into the air and go down fast using his fists.
Phase Shifter: Ares would use his abilities to become invisible which allows him partially invincible.
Warp Transmission: Ares would be able to teleport to appear behind or foward his opponent
