Andras & Flauros are minor antagonists in the manga/anime series Record of Ragnarok.
They are supporting antagonists in the Eighth Round of the Ragnarok Tournament.
Andras & Flauros are two of the 72 Solomon's Demons, to be precise Andras is the No.63 and Flauros is the No.64, as well as those who guard all the prisoners of Tartarus, the prison of Helheim, including Siegfried.
Appearance[]
Andras & Flauros are two Demons with humanoid features that also recall those of a specific animal:
- Andras has the features of a humanoid eagle, with a head covered in feathers, a beak and claws instead of hands, as well as a pair of wings on his back. He wears a black robe.
- Flauros looks like a humanoid leopard, with a feline face, clawed paws instead of hands and feet. He wears a black robe.
Personality[]
Andras & Flauros seem to be interested in the Ragnarok Tournament, to the point of following it even though they both have to remain in Tartarus. Both are naive enough to be fooled by Michel Nostradamus into believing he is a guard from Tartarus.
Andras, unlike his companion, values the rules, as he reminded Flauros that it is forbidden to answer Siegfried.
Flauros is slightly more reckless than Andras, as he went against the rule of not responding to Siegfried just to find out who he is rooting for in the Ragnarok Tournament.
Biography[]
Andras & Flauros are two of the 72 Solomon’s Demons who guard Tartarus, the prison located in Helheim, and all its prisoners, including Siegfried.
During the Ragnarok Tournament, at the end of the Eighth Round, Andras & Flauros, in Tartarus, learn that Beelzebub won the match and that the score is now tied with 4 wins for both Humans and Gods, although they are surprised that Hades lost his match. Siegfried is surprised that the score is tied and Flauros asks him who the Humans and Gods are rooting for, since Siegfried is a Demigod. When Siegfried admits that it is a complicated answer, Andras reminds Flauros that they cannot speak to Siegfried and they both leave.
At the end of the Tenth Round, Michel Nostradamus infiltrates Tartarus to bring Göll to Siegfried, and easily overcomes Andras & Flauros who are convinced he is a Tartarus guard.
Powers and Abilities[]
Demonic Physiology: Since both Andras and Flauros are Demons, it can be assumed that both possess abilities far greater than those of a Human, and that both of them do not grow old and do not feel the passage of time.
Trivia[]
- In Abrahamic Mythology, both Andras and Flauros are considered fallen Angels who, together with 70 other Demons, were classified by Solomon, and therefore all of them are called "Solomon's Demons".
