Perplexed Stoyan is a unique monster in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be found anytime at the Little Garden of Tradition in Rigitte Waters in the Leftherian Archipelago, swimming out of the Cloud Sea when approaching the island's eastern shore. It can summon up to three Dagus Lysaat and Stonic Urchon at random by using Mega Wave, with a small chance to not summon any instead.
Defeating it will unlock the fifth level of Mythra's Lightning Buster Special and the fifth level of Azami's Nightmare Rondeau Special.
