In Xenosaga[edit]
Humanity abandoned Lost Jerusalem a long time ago and can now be found in a variety of planets throughout the known universe. There are even genetically engineered humans, called Designer Children (Überhumans and U.R.T.V.s), as a result of the Life Recycling Act.

In Xenoblade Chronicles[edit]
- Main article: Homs
While the main people of Xenoblade Chronicles appear human, they are instead called Homs. They appear to be identical to humans in all but name.
In the scene after defeating Zanza, it is revealed that the world of Bionis and Mechonis was created by "normal" humans originating from Earth in a catastrophic event. The only survivors were Klaus and Galea, two of the scientists on the space station that caused the creation event, who became the two gods of the new world.
In Xenoblade Chronicles X[edit]
Humans are the descentants of the Samaarians.
They once lived on Earth but had to evacuate the planet due to the incoming destruction caused by the battle between the Samaar Federation and the Ghost. The people on the White Whale who eventually landed on Mira use mechanical bodies called Mimeosomes instead of real human bodies and their minds were uploaded to the Lifehold Core.

In Xenoblade Chronicles 2[edit]
There are many races in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - Gormotti, Urayans, Ardainians, Leftherians, Indoline, Tantalese, and more. They each have their own physical traits, such as facial markings or unusual ear shapes, but all of them are considered "human".
In the final chapter of the game, a distant flashback shows the origins of Alrest. "Normal" humans originaing from Earth found the Conduit in the early 21st century, and the organization Aoidos began research on its mysterious properties on three "beanstalks", the most notable of which being Rhadamanthus. However, Klaus then activates the Conduit, causing the world to split apart. While a select few did survive, they would be turned into Guldos due to experiments in creating Core Crystal technology. After further experiments, Klaus manages to replicate evolution, creating the "new" races of humans known to Alrest.
In Xenoblade Chronicles 3[edit]
- Main article: Human (XC3)
In Xenoblade Chronicles 3, there is a great variety of subraces along the people of Aionios. People from Keves might have wings on their head or tough grey skin, while people from Agnus have a crystal on their body and might have glowing lines or elemental embodients (e.g. flaming hair). All of these are considered "human".
