Shield Ospreys are small teal Ospreys that project constantly regenerating shields to surrounding allies.
Behavior[]
- Allies within 10 meters of the Osprey are granted 100 plus 35% shields, indicated by a blue tether. Additionally, the first time the link is created shields are fully restored.
- The 35% base shields can stack with multiple Shield Ospreys.

- Alerted Shield Ospreys can link to nearby allies and cause them to become alerted.
Trivia[]
- Enemies shielded by the Ospreys become sources of radial damage for Mag's
Polarize. - A Shock Eximus Specter is one of the offerings from Cephalon Suda at 5 for 2,500 reputation. It offers the same shield effects with a bonus of emitted occasional pulses which instantly recharge shielding. They are also armed with a laser rifle that fires gold bolts, similar to those wielded by Scavenger Drones.
- Shield Ospreys, like all Ospreys save the Raptors, spill blood or a blood-like substance when shot at.
Bugs[]
- Allied Shield Ospreys (or spawned by Specter form) will not add bonus shield to Sentinels, regardless of an obvious link (much like Grineer Heavy Units), although connecting with the beam will instantly recharge their shields.
Equinox's Rest will stop the movement of the Shield Osprey, but will not shut off the shield buff to nearby enemies.

- Venus Shield Ospreys the spawn Nullifier bubbles only spawn if the Orb Vallis Alert level is 3+ and if the enemy level is 20+.
- Level 2+ Alert level will spawn Shield Ospreys that don’t spawn Nullifier bubbles.
- A max of 2 Nullifier bubbles can be created per Drone.
- Total active Nullifier bubbles (from all Drones) in the area will not exceed 4 - 10 bubbles (scaling with player count).
