Molly's sister is a survivor of the outbreak in The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series. She is the diabetic teenage sister of Molly.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Savannah, Georgia[]
Not much is known about her life prior to the outbreak besides that she had diabetes and presumably lived in Savannah with Molly and her family.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Season One[]
Sometime after the outbreak, Molly and her sister traveled to Crawford. Everything seemed to be fine at first, but soon harsh rules were implemented, including the fact that those with special medical needs were not allowed. To hide her sister's diabetes, Molly began to have a sexual relationship with Dr. Logan. In exchange for this, she was given insulin for her sister. Their deal was eventually broken and some people from Crawford arrived and forced her sister away. This drove Molly to leave Crawford. Molly's sister's fate is unknown, however is more likely that she is deceased. It possible that she was executed by the people of Crawford or banished into Savannah's ruins. If the latter happened, it's highly unlikely that she survived given the nature of her diabetes and how picked apart Savannah was by Crawford.

If Lee Everett confronted Molly about her lie, Molly tells Lee about her sister and shows him a photograph of her that she had retrieved from their old residence in Crawford.

After Dr. Walter Ashe breaks his deal with Molly to supply insulin medication due to Crawford's new inventory checks, Molly's sister's diabetes was exposed. She was either executed or banished into Savannah alone by either Crawford himself or another Crawford resident. If banished, it's unlikely she lasted long, due to her diabetes and the lack of supplies in the area being hoarded by Crawford.
