Elizabeth is a survivor of the outbreak mentioned in The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series. She is the daughter of the Stranger and Tess, and the sister of Adam.
Pre-Apocalypse

Hardly anything is known about Elizabeth's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that she had a father and mother, and also a brother.
Post-Apocalypse
Season One
Little is known about Elizabeth after the apocalypse began. Around three months after the outbreak, her father took her brother Adam out for his first hunting trip, but lost him and returned to his family without him. Elizabeth and her mother Tess went out with her father to look for Adam, but they were unable to find him. Upon returning to their car after their failed search, they discovered that their supplies had all been taken while they were away. Frustrated with her husband, Tess decided to take Elizabeth away from him to try to make it on their own. Elizabeth did not survive long after leaving, as her father discovered her and her mother dead on a road the following day.
"No Time Left"
The Stranger relates the story of her demise to Lee Everett, poignantly ascribing him and his group to what had caused his life to fall apart. He relates Clementine to Elizabeth when speaking to the reanimated head of his wife, intending to take care of Clementine as if she were his daughter.
